At Clean Your Pawz, your Home and Office Cleaning, has placed our policies on this page just in case you may have some questions. Our main goal is to make sure we keep your home or business totally clean and hassle free. Policies and procedures help us communicate to you, the things we believe are important to our business.
Safety - Keys and Alarm Systems
Clean Your Pawz customers leave a key to their home at our office, we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. No identifying information is ever put on the any key. Also, for your safety, we do not return keys by mail.
If you have an alarm system at your home or business and it is simple to operate, you can give us instructions on its operation in writing at our first visit. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning. WE can also come to your home or business and have you run through the procedure so we may learn it. Please refer to our breakage and loss policy for additional information.
Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not use ladders more than 2 steps high or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area. For special request, simply give us a call to properly arrange for your need to be handled or use our contact form and we will get back to you. We have no problems in assisting you.
Bleach, we do not use or bring into your home for the damages it could cause. If for any reason you have a preference to cleaning product we would like to discuss on our initial visit.
If it is necessary to cancel or skip any schedule cleaning day, please notify us by phone, text or use the Contact US form on our website. Policy is two business days before the day of scheduled cleaning. It will allow us time to adjust our schedule. If less than 2-day notice, or you can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.
To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to our office via phone or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). If for any reason you wish to terminate your Cleaning Services, make sure you submit this in writing by USPS mail or e-mail our office.
If you wish to wait for your cleaning provider to give them access into your home, please realize they have a 2-hour window for arrival schedules time. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts, adding additional services and weather. We want to save you time and not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive. Leaving a key at the initial consult is the best way to access your home.
Weather related cancellations: If our roads are not passable, we do allow a no charge cancellation. Keeping in touch with our office is recommended.
Payments and Refunds
For your convenience, at Clean Your Pawz gladly accepts Cash, Pre-Approved Checks and most major credit cards. Customers will be expected to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. Customers may leave a credit card number in a secured file with Clean Your Pawz to use in the event you forget to leave your payment on the schedules cleaning day.
A $10 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the schedules service day, and a $45 fee is applied to all returned checks. If you use a credit card, your account will be charging the balance due along with a small processing fee, plus any fees after each cleaning. Paid invoices are available upon request.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Clean Your Pawz. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificates, but they can be used for other services we offer.
At Clean Your Pawz does not require tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal, or gift cards which are easy to obtain.
Should you wish to hire a present or past member of Clean Your Pawz staff for any home or business-related service outside of your agreement with Clean Your Pawz, our referral fee is $2,500. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from the Cleaning Service. If the fee is not paid, The Cleaning Service reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.

Getting Down To The Dirt
Attention to detail is what makes us the best. We do not set our prices by the size of your home, we let the home dictate how much time it will take and follow your wish list with approximate budget quote.
When needing more time we will contact you with an update.
Most homes or apartments can take up to 2-4 or more hours for typical cleaning of 2-3 bedroom and 2 baths around 700-1100 sq. feet is approx. $60.00 to $250.00, but could be more or less depending on condition for one-time and recurring service discount.
We do not steam clean carpets at this time. We do work with several local carpet cleaning companies since its there area of expertise. Call in advance to these local companies for steam cleaning.
At Clean Your Pawz if you feel you don't need Professional Steam Cleaning, we have a house carpet cleaner we use but don't guarantee it will pass with landlord contracts. Use our service at your discretion for carpet cleaning. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services.

We can supply our own products or use yours really is your choice. We have come across so many households with chemical reactions, believe in your safety. Just let us know and we accommodate. We have a lock-out or forgot appointment fee $50.00.
Our clients have access to change schedule or give special instructions within 24 hour notice.
