Home Watch Policy

On-Site Consultation and Walk Through is FREE! 

Our consultation is required and conducted for all new clients prior to the start of services. The initial consultation also enables you to meet us and ask questions you may have about your home watch service and other services we provide. 

We will do a walk through and become familiar with your home and where everything is located.

 At the end of the consult, questionnaire and agreement are completed, you will be asked to provide us with a key to your home and collect a deposit, payment schedule of services will be reviewed for 1-5 month services or prepayment given for weekend and short vacations. 

There is an additional fee of $25.00 if we must make a return visit to pick up forms, payment and/or a key. Many of our clients like us to hang onto key long term for emergency or other services.

Inspections

Home Watch Services will generally be conducted on a weekly or bi-monthly basis for month-to-month clients or short vacations, home watch is done 1-3 times for the weekend and 1-15 vacation day clients. However, we will vary the hours and not establish a routine that is recognizable to outsiders. Occasionally they will be done at night to check lighting.

Additional Charges for inspection for storm damage not regularly scheduled time.

House Key

Clean Your Pawz will collect a key to the client’s home during the consultation. A key is requested in addition to a key-less entry method in case the power goes out or the batteries should fail. It is suggested that the client allows us to retain the key safely in our possession in a secured lock box for future service needs. When the key is in our possession there is a key system with secured code. When requested the key be returned to Client, we will leave the key inside the locked secured home when we leave the premises (after a scheduled service) or be sent by certified mail. The certified mailing fee and a key exchange each way return/pick is $10 each way unless its during the Consultation. Since we do not have a store front, if you want to come and pick up or drop off key by appointment only. Some clients ask us to hang onto key for future services or emergency.

Payment 

On-Site Walk of your Property with a full inspection is free for initial appointment. Schedule to quality of times per month is up to your discretion. A deposit is required for weekend, 1-15-day vacation and first month on long term agreement, then billed monthly due by 10th of each month.

We accept Cash, and major credit cards and Checks with our established clients.

Inspection

The inspection comes with 4 pictures more when requested. Any questions or notice of damages, sight of break in you will be notified by phone or E-mail immediately. We do a thorough walk, interior and exterior and replace any lights that are burned out if we can reach them without ladder, your charge is with no mark up. costs. A list of items, date and time is recorded and reviewed for your file and sent to you as requested. 

A closing and opening, grocery service, stocking, wait service and cleaning is available.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date payment is 50% is due.
• One-time Service Check is due at time of service with no cancellation allowed.

Property Management

Rental home and apartment services are available. We do viewing with new tenants, Move-In/Move-out cleaning and inspections on Quarterly, 6-month, and Yearly for our land and property owners to safeguard their investments. On rental contract it is written into lease agreement at time of renting for inspection while tenant is in rental contract. Owners are contacted of any damage or need for repair.
