Do your offer Pet Checks and Dog Walks in inclement weather?
Absolutely, your dog or puppy still needs to go on a potty breaks, regardless of the weather. Here in North Dakota you can get sun and humidity, rain, hard wind or snow, so we are well prepared with all weather gear. Your dog may need his coat or boots too and an extra towel to clean their pawz.. If you have a canine that doesn't like to get wet we will spend our time playing inside after their quick potty break so they can get the excessive energy out. Please try to keep side walks and driveways clear of snow and ice. We would like everyone to be safe.
What if the weather is bad do you have a cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy does not apply in extreme weather especially if your stuck at home. Keep an eye on the weather and try to cancel by 9 am for everyone's safety and keep in contact with us. We offer a flexible cancellation Policy. See Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Can I be contacted about our Dog Walk or Pet Sitting and how it went?
Yes, we keep a pet care record. Detailed with a picture on each visit, what treats, bathroom habits and how they reacted towards people or other pets, how far they far and route our walk consisted of, how their mood was today and if they needed fresh water or food depending on their schedule.
My cat only needs to be seen every other day, will that be okay?
Because our focus is 100% on the pet's safety and security, we require every 24 hours for all cats. Cats are experts at hiding illness and pain, thus a health can become a crisis very quickly. We believe in providing the most comprehensive and complete pet sitting services to every client.
How does your key system work?
We collect a copy of your house key. All keys are tagged with an unique coding system so there is no identifier on the key itself.
Signing up for our service is easy! Call, text or use the contact form with as much detail as possible and a return contact information. Once you are set up with us, your key your key will be on file and anytime you need service in the future you can simply log-in our system and book or contact us. We will even be there if you have an emergency or need pet care quickly. Hotel Sitting, Wedding Handling and Dog Litter Care Service, please book 7 days advance.

How much do you charge for a Moving Out cleaning?
A move out cleaning can vary widely. If the space is relatively clean to start, we naturally will charge less to clean. Our goal is to leave your place in a condition that will pass inspection for your landlord or future buyer. We will work with our client to have us clean bathrooms and kitchens, extra charge can come in with vents, fans with lots of detail can consume a lot of time. We work with a local carpet cleaning company when needed.
What should I do with my pet while you are here cleaning?
Nothing! Our cleaning staff work safely around house pets. We can even supply doggy treats upon your approval. We do not let out any pets during our visits if you can have someone do the potty break, unless you hire us to do so. When your pet is known to be highly aggressive or don't like strangers in their home, we may ask you cage them temporally if you believe they may be a problem.
Do you wash laundry or dishes?
We do fold laundry that is left in dryer and start washer with linens we remove. We do our best to empty dishwasher and may leave dishes that we can't find proper place for on the counter. We will start dishwasher if it is full. We have a in home laundry service for an additional charge.
What time do you arrive?
We clean from 9 am until 6 pm. We generally will set-up best time for your household and give estimated time of 2-5 hour service and do our best to meet the schedule.
Should I do anything to prepare for the cleaning service?
You can help us to provide you with exceptional cleaning service by following these steps.
Pick up and straighten up before we arrive so that we can focus on cleaning.
Most effective use of your money and our time, and will eliminates you not being able to find something put in the wrong place example: remote control.
Place fresh lines on bed if you would like us to strip sheets and remake the bed with clean linens.

What do your services include?
Here at Clean Your Pawz, provides a wide array of Janitorial Services to meet the needs to each clients requirements. The service is five nights a week, we keep a small client list to better serve. There is no job too big or too small.
Who will be cleaning my business?
Our cleaning professionals are hired by us and are trained, tested and checked out. It is imperative to be able to provide security assurance to all our clients. We are insured and bonded.
How much will my service cost me?

What services do your do for seniors?
Here at Clean Your Pawz, we can stop by and visit with our seniors or home bound for coffee, help with house cleaning and organizing home, run to store for a gift or few groceries and other type of local services. We are affordable and insured and bonded.
What does it cost to mail my package?
We pick-up your package and take it to UPS or USPS, you will be charged by the business we mail it with, no up charge and our hourly rate. The rate is dependent on distance and time. What is your service about on preparing a house for sale?
Our Consultant comes to your home and does a on-site assessment. Our goal is to arrange, declutter, fix or change an unappealing area. The consultant will schedule house cleaning appointment before and after showings. Stage the home to increase fast sale and a better profit.
Do you have a waiting service for a repairman?
Yes we do, you need to work and need a repairman to fix the sink, refrigerator or cable guy showing up while your away. We also have a four hour windows, we can wait at your home or a phone call away, let repairman in and stay until it is fixed.

Home Watch is not a house-sitting service. A house sitter is when a person physically lives in the home during the home owners' absence. The Home Watch service is not a security service, it however is an added level of security to the property by virtue fact that there is a person in the home on a regular basis. If a situation arises during the Professional inspection of home you would be contacted to correct the problem.
Is the service designed for long term commitment of services?
Our services are considered short term for vacation or month-to-month for our snow birds and clients that are gone month or more at a time. We ask a 30-day cancellation for service arrangement that is month to month and 48 hour notice on short terms after set-up. There are seniors that request our services even when their home. We accommodate our plans to fit your needs.
Why must you run water and look under the cabinets, wouldn't it just save me some money with a walk through?
We run water and check pipes for any potential leaks and remove stagnate water. A quick walk through we could miss something that might need attention. Yes, part of our physical inspection is to give you notice, get physical pictures and contact you. We are available to arrange for repair while your gone.
Home Watch Service notices smoke residue that could prevent further damages.

What services are available to seniors and homebound citizens?
Many services for example are a few: Visit for coffee and care check it can get lonely with no human contact, help with cleaning, mail package mailing, organizing home, run to store for a gift or few groceries, walk the dog and other type of local services. We are affordable and are insured and bonded.
Do you have a markup on mail packages?
No! There is no mark up fee, we do have a small fee for our service for pickup and drop off.
What if you don't show a service that I might need?
It takes one call, give us your request and we can see try to accommodate you or refer you to another business that can.
