Most often we want to believe here in North Dakota we are safe in town or country homes. Little extra insurance in having Home Watch Services for you home, cabins or rentals. It's hard to have peace of mind if your worried about homes' safety, we hope our professional home check service will bring the best relief of stress a family can have. 

Homeowners, Farmers and Business Owners often head out of town for a unscheduled business travel, spur of the moment, long planned vacations, or extended winter/summer breaks. When leaving a house and property unattended, it is imperative for homeowners to be prepared with proper safeguards and security knowing a scheduled service couple times a month or they can just text us and we'll check up on their property.

Checks System Performed

Home Watch Package

• Forward or place packages inside from USPS, UPS or FedEx  
• Collect and Forward Mail, collect flyers, newspapers are at Door (my indicate absent) 
• Physical inspection of property for Storm Damage (roof, gutters, windows & pipes), we do not climb ladders for the inspection.
• Check Basement for flooding
• Inspect for interior and exterior for vandalism and signs of forced entry
• Make sure Doors are locked and Windows Secured (including broken windows and unusual conditions)
• Ensure Garage Doors are Closed
• Check all lights and fans, will replace interior and exterior light bulbs (were reachable)
• Check spigots for leaks
• Confirm Contracted landscaping/Snow Removal Services Performed
• Check with repairman or contractors for scheduled services, 
• Comprehensive Report and Check List of Property Status (pictures if needed), Electronically sent to Homeowner.
• Confirm all utilities are on and running (water, gas electricity, cable or satellite and WFI)
• Smell for gas and make sure pilot lights are on
• Check and run Kitchen and Bathroom faucets and flush toilets (prevent stagnant water)
• Check dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer for any damages or leaks
• Check Refrigerators and Freezers operating at Optimal Temperature
• Check Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems (ensure air is circulating)
• Confirm alarm system is active (if available)
• Replace Smoke Detector Batteries (if low level battery indicator warning),
• Rotate Interior lights, replace lights if needed, open or close blind and drapes
• Water and maintain plants
• Start Automobiles (added service: upon request)

When your gone on short and extended vacation we do provide a House Cleaning for Closing and Re-opening, Cleaning Service for your convenience with additional charge. Errand Service:  you order from local store, to have the refrigerator and cabinets re-stocked. We also check your vacation homes.

We are not a House Sitting Service we are a Home Check service. We are unique as we offer a variety of services, not only Home Watch Service. Some services we provide are Light Lawn care & Side Walk & Door Snow Removal, Concierge/Errands, Pet sitting & Walking, Professional Cleaners for Pet and Non-Pet Homes or arrange for another service that you might need.
